The decoration of the hotel was simply charming and reminded me of the good old days. The vintage furniture and cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-kept and easily accessible for us senior folks. The children working there were always willing to assist and ensure our comfort.
I would have appreciated more handrails in the bathroom for added safety.

The view from the hotel was absolutely fantastic! the rooms at the front with the balconies have an amazing view of the lake. the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and there was ample off, street parking available. It's best to aim to check, in after lunch but before dinner, as the restaurant is very popular with the locals.
The hotel is situated up high so access to the main town is only possible by car. the off, street parking is shared by the restaurant customers and can get quite busy during peak times.

The view from the balcony was fantastic, and the beds were comfortable enough. The breakfast offerings were ample enough to start the day. the hotel was located conveniently near restaurants and local shops.
The staff at the hotel seemed untrained and unprofessional. The room itself wasn't great either - lacking basic amenities such as an extra toilet paper roll and coffee supplies.
