The room had all the amenities I needed, was modern and practical, and I appreciated the safety box, TV, and tea/coffee facilities; the location was perfect for easy access to all the places I wanted to visit, in a beautiful area.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the city center, the hill and shops. The room was air-conditioned, had reasonably spacious private bathroom.

The room I stayed in was big and had everything I needed. It had a balcony and a window with a view that was basically just looking out to an open space. the bathroom looked just like in the pictures I saw online. 🌿

Convenient parking right here and the location is nice to look at 🌟. Plus, being in the heart of downtown is a great perk.

The view from my window was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking Lake Lugano. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. I especially loved the balcony in my room, where I could sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. this hotel offered excellent value for money!

The decoration of the hotel was simply charming and reminded me of the good old days. The vintage furniture and cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-kept and easily accessible for us senior folks. The children working there were always willing to assist and ensure our comfort.

I would have appreciated more handrails in the bathroom for added safety.

The view from the hotel was absolutely fantastic! the rooms at the front with the balconies have an amazing view of the lake. the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and there was ample off, street parking available. It's best to aim to check, in after lunch but before dinner, as the restaurant is very popular with the locals.

The hotel is situated up high so access to the main town is only possible by car. the off, street parking is shared by the restaurant customers and can get quite busy during peak times.
